Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within one business day.
Orders are typically shipped the next business day, so Friday through Sunday orders ship on Monday. Occasionally, our small team may have a high-volume day and orders may be delayed by one additional business day. This is rare, and we will reach out to affected customers if it happens.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All orders currently ship via standard USPS ground shipping, which can take 3–5 business days. We ship from our humble headquarters in Arcata, California, so shipments to friends on the East Coast may be on the longer side of that 3–5 business day window.
Every order is provided with a tracking number so you can check when to expect your Brainfuel. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday, and occasionally on Sunday during the holidays.
Brainfuel keeps it simple and charges a flat shipping rate for qualifying orders.

We like to keep it local, so our products ship from our Northern California headquarters. Heavy weather can sometimes delay arrival times. Every shipment has a tracking number so you can follow where your tins are.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
P.O. Boxes are cool with us. We recognize that many of our customers are on the road, off the grid, or serving our country around the world. For those reasons, we ship to P.O. Boxes and use USPS.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Orders ship within 1 business day of your order. You will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives. Contact us if you have any questions or issues.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brainfuel is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and related charges.
Damages
Brainfuel is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or your order never arrived, please reach out to us at help@brainfuel.com and we can help find a solution. In some cases, this may involve contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Brainfuel currently ships to nearly all states in the United States. For all other countries, we’re coming. Follow us on social media to learn when we arrive.
